Sherline Headstock Tool Changer system. Includes assembled and tested headstock, 5 ER-11 tool holders, Tool Change controller, Tool rack, 5 collets, wire, hose, fittings, and instructions.
A Sherline spindle assembly is required in addition to this package.
To install the headstock toolchanger, the standard Sherline headstock
is removed from the motor and pulley set. Then the toolchanger
headstock is assembled with the Sherline components. The
re-assembled Sherline spindle can be mounted on a Sherline mill
or other machines with a Sherline mounting adaptor.
This is a bolt on setup and includes a tool
change controller, which controls spindle rotation and draw bar release.
A 3 or 5 position tool rack is also included. Requires 100-115 psi air supply.
Normal lead time is stock to 3 weeks Orders will be
