Machine Enclosure 24 x 36 x 24, 5 sided, transparent with aluminum frame

Ideal for office, classroom settings or apartment, where chip, dust, and coolant containment is a must.
24" deep x 36" wide x 24" high, 5-sided enclosure. This heavy duty, clear-sided enclosure will fit most of the Sherline miniature machine tools, and the IMService 121204 CNC router. The frame is constructed of aluminum, T-track extrusions, and it has a hinged front door with handle and magnetic latches. There is a 2 3/8 inch, side opening for wires and hose pass through. The enclosure has an open bottom to permit secure mounting of the CNC machine to a bench top.  The enclosure can be easily lifted off the machine if repairs or maintenance are needed. Use of this enclosure will dramatically reduce the noise level of the machine spindle and cutting action, help to contain dust and coolant, and reduce safety risks from broken tools or loosely mounted parts. The enclosure is shipped disassembled, and requires only simple hand tools to assemble.  Includes 2 brackets for mounting to tabletop. A 1 1/2 " deep x 24" x 36" polyethylene moisture tray is also available.
